Practise what you spreech.......

Well I did say I was going to put a double shift in after missing yesterday through Ill Health, and that's what I did.

Almost 6 hrs of playing x4 tables today I managed, and in all that time nothing stands out much. Today's play was full of If only's with a couple of key hands which returned huge dividends if only I had played the hand.......

Another one which was right at the end of the session. I was thinking about the implied odds if I hit, and because I played very tight tonight I was concerned if I did hit and stayed in the pot they were not going to be........

Of course like I said I might not of been paid, but the flush on the turn I would of represented for sure and maybe collect a big pot. But I didnt, and again it cost me. But by playing tight tonight it did save me some cash when I let hands go and would of been crushed.

I did call an all in shove with AK suited v a short x20 BB player. He also had AK suited and his was the one that caught the flush and I ended up losing. Other times flopping sets, only for the str or the flush to hit facing big bets. Yeah they could of been floating, but I have yet to see it at this level on a constant basis. Maybe once or twice but nowhere near enough to think it was being done all the time. I would only have to see it once and they would have a note on them, and I dont remember ever having to write such a note.

So although I played a grand total of 1267 hands today, I only managed a profit of €2.84. But with some hard luck stories and if only stories it could of been so much different. I guess I should be happy its another winning day and puts me back on track with 3.4k hands played this month with an overall profit of €43.54 this month already. But I have yet to have a losing day this month, and not many players can say that !!!!

Rain stopped play.......

Not really rain, but it was close and I didn't play.

I had a follow up appointment today with the surgeon which involved driving 10 miles or so. The pain I was in when I returned was horrid, and after eating I went for the daily walk which did not do me any favours either. On my return from the walk I had to lie down on the bed it was that bad. So I decided not to play tonight. But because of the lost play today in the region of about 500 hands, I might do a double shift tomorrow, prob in the afternoon. I don't want to waste the good start I have had by not playing. If not tomorrow it will be Saturday.

Sorry if you were expecting an update, but the health needs to come 1st, annoying both for me and you.........

You F****** ***** ****** ****** **** **********

That's what you get called when you outdraw someone and they don't like it !

Let me explain......

Really struggled tonight to enter any games, and it took about an hour of trying before I was able to play 4 tables. I hate joining the waiting list and much prefer to jump on a table before it gets reserved, if you time it right it can be done.

Anyway I had nothing to say tonight after I played 500 hands or so apart from a couple of bluffs that got called, but did wonders for my table Image NOT. Well I guess its how you view that statement really. So like I said nothing at all happened. When that hand come up.....

I'm mid Position with JJ and raise it and button 3 bets it, nothing out of the Norm standard 3 times my bet I think maybe hes trying a move on me, because I had no stats on him and I never seen him before, so I call it and the flop comes down 10 high rainbow. I check to him to see what he does. Sometimes when there called they tend to close up if there bluffing. But he bets out half the pot and straight away I sense hes weak so I call. Thinking back maybe I should of raised the flop bet and been happy to take it there and move on, there are still 2 cards to come and if he did have AK AQ ish he could still catch. But hey Ho..... The turn is the Nuts its the Jack, no flush draws out there only a str draw or gutshot but I am not worried at all unless hes got QQ KK AA But with 1 card to go odds are in my favour so I check. ( People who know me, know I hate checking sets its my pet hate, but on this flop I could afford to check ) Which is what I do, and he bets the pot this time. OK hes committed pretty much now so I shove and he instant calls and its a nothing 5 on the river. He mucks and I collect a nice double up. Nothing wrong with that was there?

But he did not like it one bit, and the insults start..... 5 minutes later he was still calling me and my mother and my bottom..... Pretty straight forward hand really and he was outdrawn.... It happens get over it. Maybe if I had not hit the Jack on the turn and he put the same bet out, maybe I would of folded knowing he was holding either 1 of the top 3 Pockets. Like I said, its rare I get anyone 3 barreling at these limits so logical kicks in. But can you find anything wrong with the play?

We move on....... and its not long before its a blind on blind hand on another table me holding 44 in the BB and SB raises x3 and I call it. I flop the 4 with J 9 and he bets out the pot and I call it. Again not worried about anything and see if he carries on betting.
The turn brings the King and again he pot bets it and I call it. Ok he could have Q10 and made the straight now, if so my fault for not raising the Flop, but I want more cash out of him, and let him hang himself..... The River is another King and fills me up. Ok now I am wanting him to have AK KQ but of course he could have KJ K9. He then shoves and I call. He does have Q10 for the turned straight, but the river paired the board and I win.
I would not of played it any different. You take the chance when you have hands like that, and yeah sometimes it can back fire, but if I went out betting big every time I hit a hand I would find a lot of folds for sure.....

So all the action in the last 30 Min's of a 3hr and 15 min session and by 12-15am the tables start to break and I call it quits.

I check the stats on the PT3 and find I played 619 hands just 7 hands down from the previous night, with a profit of € 14.06. Also makes 4 days running in profit and puts me up 4 buy ins over 4 days with the rake ticking along nicely to. I know its out on the tracker because the tracker can not share a raked pot when its chopped. I had KK v KK tonight for a chopped pot so its out, but still shows € 12.39 which is good after 4 days at these levels.

Bring on tomorrow please........

Good Day...... No GOOD DAY !!!!

This game always throws something up, just when you think you seen it all, out pops something else.....

Go'd day ( oz accent ) Yes very much so I'll say !!!

After recovering from having to get up this morning at the unearthly time of 11am to go see the physio and then having a nap when I got back for an hour I felt up for it today.....

Normally I do not play till after tea which is 7pm, this is because I don't normally have the hunger for it if I played during the day, so I stopped myself till the said time. But I was chatting away on the poker forum and cracked open x2 tables to help me along. Nothing exciting and I lasted an hour then closed down. Slightly up on the session and got in 100 hands or so.

Fully fed and watered, and been out for the daily walk which I do every day to help the back pain limbo up...... ( I don't know why, cos I always feel worse for it when I get back ) I then proceeded to crack open x4 tables. I say 4 because I wanted to try 6 tonight, but I am loving the low buy in tourneys and cant stop myself from playing them...... Anyway back to tonight's action. I was struggling a bit to be honest, and lost a bit when the BB called my button raise and flopped top 2 pair v my top Pair top kicker. But then the fun started......

I'm in the BB holding K10 and 3 limper's so I check and flop comes down 10 10 10 - Loving it !
Of course I check..... Then someone bets out...... Bollox to it, its easier if I post the HH

Yes you saw right, he limped with AA..... Lesson to all NEVER LIMP WITH ACES !!!

So it set me on my way for a good night, but the fun did not stop there. The same guy who I lost to in the BB with top 2 pair, well we clashed again only this time I got him back. I'm holding QJ off on the button and folded round to me and I raise it x3 BB and he 3 bets me to 96c and I call it. The flop comes down KQJ with a flush draw. He bets 3/4 pot and I 3 bet it to €5-15 and he 4 bet shoves. I know I am ahead and I know I just dont want the board to pair.
Turn is the 4 and the river is a 6 and he flips over K10 for top pair with a open ended straight draw which he missed. So I double off him and carry on playing. Nothing else really happens and I opt to go to the bathroom and sit out. When I come back I have been kicked off the tables for missing to many hands.
I play 1 table later on while playing 2 tourneys and make a small profit and then the table starts to break and I call it a night.

Just checked the stats and found I have played a total of 1500 hands in August and I played 626 today for an overall profit for the day of €18.64 which is almost 2 buy ins. I know players can get this in prob an hour or so, but its about progression for me and not a sprint. I watched Jesus on tilt go on about his challenge, and it took him 18 months in all to reach it. Hes a former world champ and knows his stuff and If it takes me 3 years to get there I still think that's very good going. I am pleased with how this turning out and I am proving to myself that I can play some good stuff. Granted I am not a Manic so my swings are never huge, and most of the time I will have winning sessions rather than losing ones because I know Luck does play its part sometimes and you might get your money in good, only to be outdrawn. It happens but its how you deal with it that counts.....

More of the same tomorrow please !!!!!

Well that was a struggle......

Again just the 4 tables tonight and played ok. But I did make a few mistakes and I seemed to tighten up towards the end, so I thought it time I left because I was not comfortable with it.

Nothing major sticks out apart from being 2 outered for 3 all ins, but I took the side pot for a little extra than I invested....

I was rivered a couple of times when holding KK when the Ace hit and they just couldnt fold it no matter how much I was betting.

But slightly better than last night when I had just 1 winning table.... Tonight I had 2.....

Overall I did manage a winning session again. Ok not much but I was happy with the way it went.
I played a total of 463 hands which is slightly up from last night, and yes getting back to the feel of it.
Overall profit was €1.78 for the night.

I can play more hands later on now, if of course the tables manage to stay open after midnight without everyone leaving. Having demonstrated it on Tilt tonight by playing over 200 hands on 1 table while playing x2 MTT's. So I shall look to do it on the challenge tomorrow instead.

Hit and run players are the pits......

Well its back......... The daily Blog.

Geared myself up to play, and opened up x4 tables and found it a bit difficult to keep up at first. Ok I was playing x2 tournaments at the same time, but I still struggled a bit.

Things didnt set off great either when I lost a buy in with JJ, and me putting him on AK and infact he had kk. But it wasnt long before I found myself in deeper shit when I decide to double up a shortstack who then leaves the table straight away. But not to be outdone by this I then proceed to double him again on another table and before I get the chance to say I suppose your going now, he was gone ! I hate these sorts of players, they just sit there wait for a big hand ship it in and run when they double, only to return to another table were your sat again with the Minimum buy in. But I guess it didnt take me long to remember I fold to these players and so I started to.

So not a great start losing 1.5 buy in. But I perceived, and eventually I won my buy in back with KK.

So that made me most of my cash back, then on the same table I 3 bet with 8 6 suited and the flop comes 234 rainbow he checks and I bet he then min raises and I call. I then find the miracle card of the 5 clubs giving me a straight and also a flush draw as well, and think there is no way he can put me on a 6, so I bet out and again he raises and I am guessing now hes got to have an ace or Poss 2 of them, so I shove knowing he thinks I have an ace as well and sure enough he calls and the river is a nothing card and I collect the pot of €15.49.

That pot took me over the 1.5 buy in on that table and at that point I decided to close the other 3 down as well. I actually lost on the other 3 but apart from the buy in it was not much just the Hit and run guy who now as a note attatched to his name.

Overall I played 400 hands spot on and was happy with that for the 1st day anyway and made an overall profit of €6.27.

I must also say the level of play I encountered tonight was more aggressive from a few new players I had not seen before. I hope they dont come and spoil my fun......... More tomorrow please....

Almost there...........

No, not 10k..... But the 1st August when I will be ready to resume the challenge. I say resume, but it is not entirly true. Although I have had to take things easy since the OP I have of course managed to play very small amounts.

First the update on my health.....
Its been 6 weeks now since the OP and although everything has nearly healed ( the scar on the back keeps oozing at the moment ), the pain remains unchanged. But with my new massage chair which was purchased last week all thanks to my fellow poker friends I find I can again play some poker. I didnt want to start mid way in the month and wanted to wait till the start of the month which I have mentioned before.

I got a call from the GP this week after she had been in touch with my Pain Management, and both were satisfied that I should now be referred to St Guys in London to try a new procedure called a Spinal Cord Stimulation because I was already taking the strongest painkillers along with the highest doseage and still felt the pain to a degree of discomfort. So I was once again worried that this would interfere with a month of my challenge, because I really need the start of a month and be able to play all through that month to take advantage of the rakeback deal. So I phoned St Guys to find out how long these things take because I had no idea on the length of time before I was seen. I was told the referal normally takes 8 weeks to see the Consultant and then if everything is ok, the Op would be done Prob Nov this year give a month or two latest. So at least I know I have some time to play, although the pain is still an Issue, so unsure if I will be able to maintain the tables or the hours I was playing before. I still think 10k hands in the month is very get able for me, but pain levels will for sure play a part.....

So like I said I have been playing, nothing too much though. I played there Promotion this week and managed a €3 cash. All the players who made top 750 all got the same, apart from the winner who received €1250. Played a couple of 50c tournies in the wee hours to pass a bit of time. But today I played the trusty 10c rebuy...... Failed is the word I would use... My timing sucks sometimes..... Getting near the bubble so I put a bit of pressure on and shove the blinds with K3 fully expecting the folds.... Unless SB has KK and BB has AA. OUT I go.... So I think I will try the cash table. Note the table and not tables? Yes just 1 table to try and get my €3 back from a rebuy freeroll tourny part of the promotion which had €1 rebuys and the top 250 all received €20. Off course I had to have the table were no one re bought and thought it fun to call my all in with 10 3 off for there life and me holding KK to see a flop of 33x it got worse, and 3 rebuys later I had enough and left. So wanted my cash back and like I said opened up 1 table and was helped with a nice bluff then flopped the nut flush and someone betting into me...... All good yes it was till the river paired the board and I was forced to pay the value bet off with the boat..... Not to be outdone and somewhat pleased I didnt go bust on that hand I topped up the cash and again I find myself facing a 3 bet before its reached me with 10 10. I take the chance the raiser will just call and not shove so I call the 3 bet and so does he. The flop comes down 10 high with a flush draw. Instant push and call from the other 2. The fact the shove is 8 times the pot didnt seem to bother the caller so you have to think AA V KK or QQ. I am in front and of course I make the call. Turn Q River 2, flush hits but thankfully no one had it. I know the caller had JJ but I dont know what the other player had because it was mucked. I win a €26.60 pot and that puts me over the 1.5 buy in up so I have to leave 2 hands later. I would hate it done to me but rules are rules............ I think its the biggest pot I have won during this challenge and I even managed a punching of the air for my efforts.

I dont know if I will play tomorrow or leave it till the 1st. But I now have a balance of €1421.95. I would post the graphs up, but there still in $ and I have to wait for the upgrade from PT3 in order for the € to replace the $. I might still post a couple of pics of the grind up next month.

Guess who's back..........

Thats right, I am back.....

New chair delivered today, 2 hrs to assemble and off we go.

I am going to be hitting the challenge again once this month is over so I can start a fresh with a new month. I might even get to finish a full month off this time to, but I guess I should not of said that because whenever I have mentioned it I get screwed over.

But really looking forward to cracking on again. Stay tuned peeps!!!!

Still not good :-(

I was not expecting to be still layed up on the 4th July, but I am.

Still unable to play, due to the constant breaking down, and the medication I am taking.
I think I am going for a record....... Because I am currently taking 8 different kinds of Medication, and the annoying thing is.... I am still in pain.

I dont know when I can return to be honest. If I say 1st August it at least gives me something to aim for. The life I have at the moment I would not wish on my worst enemy, well maybe the Defence medical Dr :-0

Serious though, its killing me and I cant do anything about it. Fingers crossed for the 1st August.

Not good

I don't have too long, so I will try and explain whats what.

I was discharged late Monday night, with me being in more pain than before the 2ND Op.
My surgeon explained to me that what I had removed in cement ( which was the term called for the leakage of between my disc ) that it was certainly not the cause of my pain, and there is nothing else she can do now. She doesn't know what the problem is now and it was decided that I was just one of the 5% that this AxiaLif Op I had 1st did not work on.

Like I said I am in more pain now than before I went in for the 2ND Op, and I have been told I should not be in this pain because I had a Bi-Lat Microsurgery, and people are sent home the next day with no pain what so ever, so I knew something else was wrong now.
I have been told that I must give it 8 weeks for all the bruising and the wound to heal, but after the 8 weeks whatever state I am in after will be my final state. Its been mentioned I might of suffered Permanent Nerve damage from the 1st Op, if so I am screwed anyway.

Present condition is still very sore. I am still in the same pain I was in when I come round after the Op. Nothing has calmed down, and at the moment I still look like ET when attempting to walk. I suffer big time whenever I move the bottom of my spine. I have been told I can not sit for longer than 20 Min's for 6 weeks and at the moment I am unable to so anyway.

They have upped my already top of the range painkillers dosage to double what I was taking, and I still feel the pain, granted far less after taking the medication, but It still doesn't stop me from screaming out whenever I move the bottom of spine.

The Next step is to wait the 8 weeks, and see what state I am in, and than I will know the full extent of the damage and then its off to London St Guy's Hospital to see a chronic Pain Management team on how to deal with the pain long term. I am also going to see about going to a shrink, because this as Knocked me for 6 and at the moment I am vulnerable to Suicide thoughts. You can imagine how I am feeling right now. I have to lie down for most of the day, be drugged up and basically just waste away while suffering chronic pain spasms in my back, as well has knowing there is nothing Else that can be done.

So for the above reasons I will not be around too much if at all during the next 6 weeks.

Sorry it is so negative, but I do not know what else to say or do. I should not be in the pain I am in from the 2ND Op, I will have to deal with the problem after the 8 weeks and even if I do heal back to my condition before this Op it is still no fun, which if you saw me in Brum you would know.

This as taken me most of the day to write this via an email, and then copied and pasted if your wondering.........

So tomorrow is the day...

Ok the OP is tomorrow, and will be in for a week, so no updates until I return from Hospital. I will update once I am able to, and then hopefully be able to play some poker on the 1st July. Everything crossed of course !

Monday, 14 June 2010

Still all quiet on the Western front......

Hell, I think its called! Thats what I am going through at the moment......

I haven't got a clue what, whom or anything else thats going on with me. I cant sleep which I have put down to the change in Medication. When I do sleep, I cant wake up. I am not eating, which I need to of course, but I have to in order to take the medication. I still have no chair for the computer, so if I was able to play any poker at all I would find it hard because of the pain while sitting on a hard back stool.
I just have no get up and go, and I am really struggling with the depression at the moment, obv not helping with the reasons above. But I guess I only have to wait another 4 days, and then its the OP.
Who knows...... this time next week....... It could all be different.

So just a quick update on my progress, and why I haven't played or posted in here. Thanks for all who keep coming back to see if I have updated, and once I am out hopefully fully relieved of the back pain, I can then ditch the medication, and try and get on with this challenge.
One of my poker goals for 2010 was to make it to at least €2k. So some hard work going to be needed, if I want to reach that goal by the end of the year !

All quiet on the Western Front.

Sorry folks, but with no recling Chair cos its broke, pills sending me into a world of forgetfullness coupled with me in a complete depessive state over the last 2 days, I thought it best I don't play until I feel a bit better.

Of course I am gutted and I know the people following this challenge will understand as well. Who knows I might feel a bit better tomorrow.......

I dont care I still won........

Felt so so today, but with not having a chair now because the reliner is broke, I cant sit for any length of time now, so its a bit difficult. But I Just need my fix for the day....

Played a couple of tables for a while and nothing stood out regards play.

Just short of 2 hours I played and managed 179 hands. Not great but like I said, I get my fix, and its about tolerable on the back. Checked the stats and I won 15c..... Hence the headline..... but its another green on chart, which is what counts, well it doesnt really :-0.

Hospital tomorrow for my pre Op Assessment @ 1-30 pm and considering its 2am at the moment I dont feel the slightest bit tired so getting up could prove difficult.

Time is a great healer ( Apprently )

Its strange..... Maybe I'm a bat or something. But when I take the pills from when I get up which is mid day ish to about 9 / 10pm I am monged with the pills, and then after I take them for the night I seem to wake up. Strange........

Anyways been Monged most of the day, and was still in pain, then about 10pm felt a bit ok ish and cracked open just a couple of tables, and watched Spooks on the other Monitor as well. Cant beat the old Multi-tasking.....

Nothing major to report really. Won 3/4 of a buy in virtually straight away, and that was it. It gradually went down and back up and back down, before I called it a day. I have said its going to be when and how I feel. But I aint half going to miss playing poker when in Hospital :-(

Tonight's figures are played x2 tables for 2.5 hours with a total of 292 hands played and winning €3.77 yes I said Winning.... Back over 1.4k again.

They have a promo running from the 11th June for entry into some freeroll to run along with the World cup, It starts off with 10k and every goal scored they increase it by €50 I think. So might get in that depending on the size of the fields.

Hook Line and suckered........

No recling chair, no relief from the pain. So what do I do....... Yup I play a little poker.
I take the pills @ 10 pm, and by midnight I was not feeling sleepy this time, so I cracked open 4 tables just for an hour.
Made a great start, and then Boom..... Not moaning, it happens. But when your down, its not nice to be kicked while your down.....
Me in SB with KJ and 3 limpers, and I just make it up and BB checks. Flop KKJ, happy days..... I bet out, I dont know why really, most of the time it gets folded round but I figured if someone bets out and I call its pretty obv I have it, so I elect to bet out 3/4 pot and Button calls. Turn a nothing card, again I bet 3/4 pot and again he calls. Ok so I am now rubbing my hands....... The worse 2 cards are obv the Q and ace if I was afraid of anything..... The river is the Ace. So to look weak and keep it cheap Just incase, I bet about 1/4 pot and he instant over bets the pot. So there I have him. I was going to call if he raised, and yes I still did. But I was not expecting to see AA though, which is what he showed. So yes I lost almost a buy in, and you cant do anything different. I was holding the 3rd nuts and I dont fold that at these levels. Just amazed he limped with AA I didnt even put him on AK, because you'd thought he would of raised pre.
Anyways I never recovered and after an hour I packed up when eventually the tables started to break.
Its very uncomfy for me now playing, and Like mentioned in previous posts with everything happening now, all I can do is play when I feel fit too. But with the added no chair, I cant sit on a normal chair for any length of time.
I have dipped back below the €1.4k but only just. But I expect to lose some nights, and tonight I could not of done anything different.
I played a total 377 hands tonight and lost €2.30. Although only minor losses I have only won 1 session in June, but its still when added up not even a buy in, I just dont like the red........

Will see how I feel tomorrow. Will still play, just a case of how long.

When your chips are down......

Well I can now say with confidence, that poker and new pills do not agree simples....

I tried yesterday and thought it might just be a blip, but I can not do both. Basically I slept for 10 hrs from 4am this morning to 2pm. Took the medication before 6pm and I was snoring my head off for 7-30 ish. Even when I woke @ 10pm I still felt like shit, but the worse part is, they dont touch the pain.
To make matters worse, my recling massage chair which was bought for me for christmas, has broke and now have to sit on a hard back chair, which doesnt help.

I tried a bit of poker, but to be honest, its killing me playing, and its suppose to be an enjoyable experience.
The poker gods must know as well, because I just know, in what little poker I played I was going to get mashed up tonight. I played a 20 man stt and went out on the bubble with AA v KK and of course the King flopped, funny thing was I expected it.
I tried to play some cash, but with the above reasons I quit after 100 odd hands.
I am really struggling to even write this, so Its best I just close.
I thank you for the continued support, but its just not happening for me at the moment!

Mixed emotions

I mentioned last night that I was going to be on the new medication from today, and yes I did take it. The problem I have is they do feck all for the pain, but I feel so drowsy after taking them, so I am finding it hard to concentrate enough, but also had another shock today in the post regards my back OP. It seems strange that you receive your appointment date for the OP the same day you have an MRI which I received this morning. The fact its bang in the middle of June now throws a spanner in the works regards my able to play a full month. So I have had to knock the 3 leagues I was going for, and basically just going to see how I go from now till the OP date which is on the 17th June.
I might start playing during the day, when I don't feel so bad. I know I don't really want to play during the day, and at the moment I am not convinced enough whether to try and rake the €100. I'm in Hospital for a week but after that I don't know if I will be mobile enough to get around to even play out the rest of the month. So will just have too see. But it might be wise just to do what I did tonight, and not over do anything, but just keep ticking over although I receive nothing back in rake if I don't reach that €100.

Anyways like I said I was feeling very drowsy, but went ahead about 10 pm and opened up 4 tables, and basically played till 1am. The really boring bit, is nothing really stands out tonight regards my cash games. I did play 5 stt and managed to cock all them up with 1 in particular....... The guy was prob wetting himself when I am betting into him on a board of Ace 5 9 rainbow, and me holding JJ, the turn brings another ace, so I shove because there's no way hes got an ace. I was right..... He didn't have an ace..... he had 2 of them for quads :-(
To be honest I did feel it hard to concentrate in them and also some other MTT's I played earlier in the night.

But back to the cash, and if I could pick 1 hand to post about I would er have to think hard........ I have just checked the Tracker and it shows something when my biggest winning hand was 3 4 off for €4.08.....Told you it was bad, and the biggest losing hand was when I held 88 and called a raise with it only for a shorty of €2 to shove, the raiser folded, and was pretty certain I was racing, and yup I was v AK..... Turn Ace river King, but that was my biggest losing hand for €2.....
On closer inspection of the Tracker after that hand the next biggest losing hand was 50c. Wow I must of been really zonked........ Well I wanted to know what effect the pills would have on me, and I guess I have my answer.

So tonights stats are, played 556 hands in 3 hours with a profit of €1.53, stops the losing streak of losing for the 3rd time in a row. Not massive, and I might even give the 10c rebuy I go tomorrow, my old trusty friend.

The effort just to write this is hard, and sorry for the poor English if you come across any, but its also painful to write.

Anyways thats me done for another night, and see what tomorrow brings.

Dont forget the bloody Batteries......

Went out early tonight in all the mtt's I played so I had some proper time to get stuck in.

I managed to sort the account out with regards the pending bonus, so now I can hammer it like I wanted to with the Juicy 45% rakeback.

So set off and after last night I thought the bedding in was ok after the time away so straight away opened x8 cash tables. But never really got going. It sounds pretty weird because I was getting some bluffs past but overall I had nothing to work with, and when you have 8 tables on the go, its sort of huh......
But carried on regardless and a quick check on the tracker showed I was in profit after 450 odd hands, another hour later with the same non starters and a couple of bluffs being called I was then down for the session with 800 odd hands played.

The tables I could sense were now struggling to stay full and then it happened.......

I suddenly had a rush of cards on all tables, and I was clicking all over the shop. I had 2 sets being played out and had betting going on and then NOOOOOOOOO the batteries in the cordless Mouse died.
Headset ripped off my head, running round trying to find the recharger with the spares but no it was too late, timed out and folded. I don't know how much it cost me but I was pissed so I then started closing down the tables. I had to move away because I was so annoyed, and when I checked the balance after it settled down I found I was down on the night. I would of been up otherwise, so a lesson learnt I guess. But overall I put my shift in and after checking my PT3 it shows I played a total of 1126 hands and was down €1.01 for the night.

Tomorrow is the start of the new drugs, the proper shitty ones. I honestly don't know how its going to be. I may find I am put on the lowest dose which wont effect me to start, and then gradually work up to a level were it will. I take 14 pills a day now and they dont do Jack for me, but combined with the new ones like I said I honestly dont know. I will of course keep you posted. For me not to carry on with this would probably see me off to be honest because its such a mental relaxant for me.

Also for the people who are on my facebook, you will see I am no longer on there. I have decided to delete the account until the Compensation claim is settled for personal privacy reasons.

So the break is over then........

Well its finally arrived, the 1st June......

But all is not well in the Plaza Camp. But why........

I thought I would slide myself in gradually before the x8 tables, so set off with just 4 tonight. Was not impressed when I lost a buy in with AA v KJ when he flopped 2 pair, and I didnt improve. But I managed a set v set all in on a flop of J 10 8 all diamonds, with either of us holding a diamond. He shoves and I think about folding, but its not something I do when holding top set, granted I could of been miles behind, but I had outs, like the AA hand. But with no 4th Diamond he flips 10 10 for middle set, also another all in on the flop but he was only half chipped up, but I won 1.5 buy in on 1 hand, and rules are rules I left when the Blinds reached me.

I had KK 4 times and amazingly I didnt meet AA, but didnt win much with all folds pre. Took a few small hits and decided to leave it for the night, when the time turned 1am.

I checked the Account and found I was up €7 but the tracker was showing I was down €3.11, then I noticed my pending Bonus had gone down €10.
I am pissed because I emailed the guy and told him I still had this Pending bonus still in the account and I was leaving it till the 1st June, when he told me the 45% rakeback will start. Which is why I never played since mid May. So after this I am going to email him and find out whats going on.

Anyways tonights figures are played a total of just 452 hands and with a loss of €3.11 but up overall on the account. I played just 2 hrs tonight because I have decided to play 3 leagues this month, and went quite deep in 1 and also another poker goal to make 1k without Buying in this year. Thats almost complete, and finished 31st from 850 ish runners. I am thinking that goal will be finished by the end of June.

Will let you know the outcome of the email, but if its the case I am still on the pending bonus I dont know what to do...........
